Terms of Service for BabbleBunch AI

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the BabbleBunch AI website, demo sessions, speech assessments, live teacher-led classes, learning programs, reports, communications, and related services. By accessing our website, booking a demo, submitting information, enrolling a child, making payment, or using any BabbleBunch AI service, the parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Our Services

BabbleBunch AI provides educational services designed to help children aged 4–8 build English speaking confidence through live teacher-led learning, small-group online classes, speaking activities, AI-enabled speech assessment, and progress-related insights. Our services are intended solely for educational and developmental learning support.

Educational Purpose Only

BabbleBunch AI is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, clinical, diagnostic, or special-needs assessment service. Any assessment output, teacher feedback, AI-generated insight, progress note, or learning recommendation is provided only for educational support and should not be interpreted as medical advice, psychological evaluation, therapy, diagnosis, or clinical assessment.

Parent or Guardian Consent

A parent or legal guardian must register, enroll, or provide consent on behalf of any participating child. By using BabbleBunch AI services for a child, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have the lawful authority to provide information, grant consent, permit participation, authorize recordings where applicable, and allow AI-enabled speech assessments for educational purposes.

AI-Assisted Assessments

Certain BabbleBunch AI services use artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze speech samples and generate educational insights. While we strive to provide meaningful outputs, AI-generated insights may not always be complete, accurate, or suitable for every circumstance. These insights are intended only to support learning and should never be considered formal certification, diagnosis, or a guarantee of performance.

AI supports assessment and progress tracking only. It does not replace dedicated live teachers, human guidance, or parental judgment.

Learning Outcomes

BabbleBunch AI does not guarantee any specific educational outcome, fluency level, confidence milestone, academic achievement, or public speaking success. Every child's progress depends on attendance, participation, practice, learning environment, consistency, teacher guidance, parental involvement, and individual readiness.

Parent Responsibilities

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that the child:

• Attends scheduled classes on time.
• Participates respectfully during sessions.
• Has access to a suitable device and stable internet connection.
• Participates in a safe and appropriate learning environment.
• Receives supervision where appropriate for the child's age.

Session Recordings

Live classes, demo sessions, assessments, or other interactions may be recorded where reasonably necessary for quality assurance, educational continuity, teacher training, safety, parent reporting, or service improvement, subject to applicable consent requirements.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Share class access links with unauthorized persons.
• Record or distribute sessions without permission.
• Harass teachers, children, or other participants.
• Copy, reproduce, or misuse educational materials.
• Attempt to reverse engineer AI assessments.
• Disrupt classes or interfere with the learning experience.

Suspension or Termination

BabbleBunch AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if these Terms are violated, payments remain outstanding, false information is provided, or any conduct threatens the safety, privacy, or learning environment of other participants.

Intellectual Property

All curriculum, assessments, reports, website content, software, branding, logos, educational materials, designs, processes, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to BabbleBunch AI. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

Payments & Refunds

Fees, subscriptions, assessments, demo sessions, enrollment charges, and payment terms will be communicated during registration or purchase. Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, missed classes, and subscription changes are governed by the BabbleBunch AI Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabbleBunch AI, its founders, teachers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, classes, AI-generated insights, technical interruptions, or learning outcomes.

Service Availability

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet connectivity, third-party platforms, payment gateways, device failures, video conferencing services, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Updates to Our Services

BabbleBunch AI may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services, pricing, curriculum, website, features, or policies at any time. Material updates may be communicated through our website, email, WhatsApp, or other official communication channels.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to BabbleBunch AI or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
